AI-Powered Email Personalization for MEin3D
MEin3D is a 3D scanning and printing studio that turns real people into custom figurines — capturing memories, milestones, and moments. As Digital Marketing & Analytics Lead on this university-sponsored capstone, I was brought in to diagnose a critical problem: high traffic but low form submissions.
The Challenge
Users were arriving at the site but dropping off before completing appointment requests. The company needed to understand why — and build a scalable strategy to fix it.
My Approach
- Conducted full funnel analysis in GA4 to identify exact drop-off points
- Built foundational analytics infrastructure — GA4 setup, event tracking, conversion goals
- Designed AI-powered email personalization strategy using behavioral segmentation
- Recommended A/B testing framework for subject lines, CTAs, and send-time optimization
- Aligned digital strategy with in-person events at Ontario Mills & LA Comic Con (10,000+ attendees)

Full-Funnel Digital Strategy
for Miraco Beauty
Miraco Beauty is an indie, non-toxic skincare brand operated by women of color, based in Los Angeles — blending ocean-sourced ingredients with dermatologist-backed science. I joined as Digital Marketing Specialist in the brand's early growth stage and have since touched nearly every channel in their marketing stack.
Content Production
Led filming and editing of branded social media assets — skincare tutorials, product launch reveals, and lifestyle content — tailored for both Instagram Reels and TikTok formats. Maintained a consistent visual identity across platforms aligned with the brand's clean, ocean-inspired aesthetic.
Social Media Strategy
Managed Instagram and TikTok strategy end-to-end — content calendar planning, community engagement, hashtag strategy, and posting cadence. Aligned social promotions with product launches and seasonal campaigns for cross-channel coherence.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships
Executed end-to-end influencer campaigns — from identifying aligned creators and managing outreach, to drafting briefs, coordinating product sends, and monitoring performance. Expanded brand visibility and customer acquisition through authentic partnership storytelling.
SEO & Website Optimization
Coordinated with an external SEO agency on on-page optimization, blog content strategy, keyword implementation, and UX improvements. Oversaw content updates and ensured the website aligned with both brand voice and search intent.
Email Marketing
Supported email campaign development tied to product launches, seasonal promotions, and cross-channel traffic drivers. Contributed to paid social strategy and overall campaign optimization.
